Decided to do a Bukumunhe coz i cant figure out what it is that i really want to write about...these are just memories and thoughts from these past days...

1.Tagging. I noticed from a number of blogs that people get tagged, after which you are supposed to write about seven things about you that people dont know about you. Hmm...reminds me of school. You know, those games the cool kids always got picked to be in and u were in the background trying to be seen?? Yeah, dont be acting like u dont what im talking about.

2. ATM scam. i always thought the Bank made me pay atad too much in mbu "handling charges" so the other day when i needed an envelope, i decided a very white sh100 envelope from my bank would do nicely. So knowing my bank would not have a camera following my endevours plus the fact that i was justified in this mission i set out to get this envelope. My only problem was, my bank is notorious for retaining cards moreover i really needed the money i was there to withdraw in the first place coz if i didnt get the money i could not pay a supplier and in turn i could nt deliver on a certain clients assignment and that would not look nice on anyone. So anyhu, needless to say,it was Mission Possible!!

3.Driving in Kampala. I am always amazed at drivers in Kampala, always on the move, always looking for some plot and always allllll the time. I mean, who would expect a Jam at 11am on Acacia Avenue???!!! Any sane person would prolly be at their office or a clients office or something like that...but nnnnnnooooo Ugandans be stuck in jams at that time. Plus dont ever kid urself that there's a jam free hour and you can dart around at that time. Weeeeeeelll, on further reflection, maybe there are indeed jam free time zones...yeah,when its raining, A LOT!! The road wil be yours ((dont forget to mention where u read this invaluable advice)))

4.Hanging out. Ever notice how small Kampala is? yeah it really is especially when u decide to paint the town blue or is that red? I could list the places worth visiting in under 3 minutes, wonder how y'al who hang out every evening do it. Even "table talk" with Bukumunhe (think its him,New Vision, dont know when...sunday i think)) isnt giving any fresh ideas of places to and not to go.

Let me think some more, sure i will come up with more idle notes

One of the nice things, though, about being in a place as "small" (and I know just what you mean, and you're quite right) as Kampala is that you stand a good chance of running into friends unexpectedly.
